"The fire will fall from heaven upon Sodom (Paris)and mainly on the room of hell,(Chamber of Deputies/ National Assembly)wherethey make bad laws; it will be swallowed up in its place, it will be like agreat (sandpit or quarry) which, until the end of the world, they will not beable to approach without a shudder of horror.

「火将从天上降落在索多玛（巴黎），主要落在地狱之屋（下议院∕国民议会），他们在那里制定邪恶的法律；在他们之处被吞没，犹如大沙坑、大采石场，直到世界的末了，人到那里莫不战兢。

The fire of Heaven will blend with the fire of Hell.Water will be similar to fire ...

This place will collapse over a large distance around... Never, will they forget these marks of God, remaining visible on a landwhere there are such beautiful shrines dedicated to the Holy ImmaculateMother."

 “The people ofpunishment is guilty, but My French people. (They say): “I have not visitedthis people, My Divine Heart has not been revealed there.

I did not send My Holy Mother to open sources of grace;the grace of Heaven did not fall in France as in those countries where thepunishment comes.” (i.e., Our Lord seems to be listing out the excuses of theignorant sinners that doubt the graces given to France.)

我并没有差遣我的圣母来打开恩宠的泉源；天堂的恩宠并没有像那些受到惩罚的国家那样降临在法国。』（即我们的主似乎在列举那些无知的罪人的借口，他们怀疑给予法国的恩宠。　）

These souls do not know Me much, a great number do notparticipate in My graces(Protestants).

这些人不太了解我，很多人不参与我的恩宠（新教徒）。

（评注：这里面当然包括了很多新教徒，但也有很多天主教徒，毕竟能懂圣心的人是少数。）

But France knows Me, it has known me.

但是法国认识我，她认识我。

She is very guilty, has tarnished her faith, honour anddignity.

If I save her, I save her freely, because the number ofMy just ones is very small compared to the unjust.”
