Deuteronomy 1 1 "Observe the month of Abib by keeping the Passover of the LORD, your God, since it was in the month of Abib that he brought you by night out of Egypt. 你应遵守“阿彼布”月,为上主你的天主举行逾越节,因为在“阿彼布”月的一个夜里,上主你的天主领你出了埃及。 2 You shall offer the Passover sacrifice from your flock or your herd to the LORD, your God, in the place which he chooses as the dwelling place of his name. 你应在上主所选定立自己名号的地方,给上主你的天主祭杀牛羊,作为逾越节牺牲。 3 You shall not eat leavened bread with it. For seven days you shall eat with it only unleavened bread, the bread of affliction, that you may remember as long as you live the day of your departure from the 吃这祭肉时,不可吃发酵饼;七天之内,当吃无酵饼,即困苦饼,因为你曾仓猝地走出了埃及地。为此你一生应天天记念你出埃及的日子。 4 Nothing leavened may be found in all your territory for seven days, and none of the meat which you sacrificed on the evening of the first day shall be kept overnight for the next day. 七天之久,在你全境内不许见到酵母;你前一天晚上祭献的牲肉,不可有剩下的,留到早晨。 5 "You may not sacrifice the Passover in any of the communities which the LORD, your God, gives you; 你不可在上主你的天主赐给你的任何城镇内,祭杀逾越节牺牲; 6 only at the place which he chooses as the dwelling place of his name, and in the evening at sunset, on the anniversary of your departure from 只可在上主你的天主所选定立自己名号的地方,晚上太阳快落时,就是你出埃及的时刻,祭杀逾越节牺牲。 7 You shall cook and eat it at the place the LORD, your God, chooses; then in the morning you may return to your tents. 并应在上主你的天主所选定的地方,将祭牲煮熟分食;到了早晨,你可回到你的帐棚中去。 8 For six days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh there shall be a solemn meeting in honor of the LORD, your God; on that day you shall not do any sort of work. 六天内应吃无酵饼,到第七天,应为上主你的天主召开盛会,任何劳工都不许做。 9 "You shall count off seven weeks, computing them from the day when the sickle is first put to the standing grain. 你应数七个星期,从镰刀收割庄稼算起,数七个星期, 10 2 You shall then keep the feast of Weeks in honor of the LORD, your God, and the measure of your own freewill offering shall be in proportion to the blessing the LORD, your God, has bestowed on you. 为上主你的天主举行七七节,照上主你的天主降福你的,献上你手中自愿献的祭品。 11 In the place which the LORD, your God, chooses as the dwelling place of his name, you shall make merry in his presence together with your son and daughter, your male and female slave, and the Levite who belongs to your community, as well as the alien, the orphan and the widow among you. 你和你的儿女、仆婢,以及在你城镇内的肋未人,在你中间的外方人、孤儿和寡妇,都应在上主你的天主所选定立自己名号的地方,于上主你的天主面前欢乐。 12 Remember that you too were once slaves in 应记得你在埃及也曾做过奴隶,所以应谨守遵行这些法令。 13 3 "You shall celebrate the feast of Booths for seven days, when you have gathered in the produce from your threshing floor and wine press. 你由禾场和榨酒池内收藏了出产以后,应七天举行帐棚节。 14 You shall make merry at your feast, together with your son and daughter, your male and female slave, and also the Levite, the alien, the orphan and the widow who belong to your community. 在这庆节内,你和你的儿女、仆婢,以及在你城镇内的肋未人、外方人、孤儿和寡妇都应欢乐。 15 For seven days you shall celebrate this pilgrim feast in honor of the LORD, your God, in the place which he chooses; since the LORD, your God, has blessed you in all your crops and in all your undertakings, you shall do nought but make merry. 你应在上主所选定的地方,为上主你的天主举行这庆节七天,因为上主你的天主,要在你的一切收获和你着手进行的一切事业上降福你,使你满心喜乐。 16 "Three times a year, then, every male among you shall appear before the LORD, your God, in the place which he chooses: at the feast of Unleavened Bread, at the feast of Weeks, and at the feast of Booths. No one shall appear before the LORD empty-handed, 每年三次,即在无酵节、七七节和帐棚节,你所有的男子都应到上主所选的地方去,朝拜上主你的天主;但不要空手出现在上主面前, 17 but each of you with as much as he can give, in proportion to the blessings which the LORD, your God, has bestowed on you. 每人应照上主你的天主赐与你的,依自己的财力,奉献礼品。 18 "You shall appoint judges and officials throughout your tribes to administer true justice for the people in all the communities which the LORD, your God, is giving you. 在上主你的天主赐给你的各城镇内,要为各支派设立判官和书记,他们应按照公道审判人民, 19 You shall not distort justice; you must be impartial. You shall not take a bribe; for a bribe blinds the eyes even of the wise and twists the words even of the just. 不可违犯公平,不可徇情顾面,不可接受贿赂,因为贿赂令智慧人的眼目失明; 20 Justice and justice alone shall be your aim, that you may have life and may possess the land which the LORD, your God, is giving you. 只应追求公道与正义,好叫你能生存,占有上主你的天主赐给你的土地。 21 4 5 "You shall not plant a sacred pole of any kind of wood beside the altar of the LORD, your God, which you will build; 在你为上主你的天主所建的祭坛旁,不许竖立任何木头的神柱; 22 nor shall you erect a sacred pillar, such as the LORD, your God, detests. 也不可立置上主你的天主所憎恶的石碣。 Footnotes(注解) 1 [1] Abib: "ear of grain, ripe grain," the name of the month in which the barley harvest fell, corresponding to our March and April; at a later period this month received the Babylonian name of "Nisan." 2 [10] Feast of Weeks: later known more commonly as "Pentecost." 4 [21-17:7] This section seems to be out of its proper place, since it interrupts the natural sequence of the laws for the judges (Deut 16:18-20; 17:8-13).
