Psalms 1 1 In you, LORD, I take refuge; let me never be put to shame. 上主，我托庇于你，使我永不会羞耻！ 求你照你的正义解救我，求你侧耳听我，并拯救我。 3 Be my rock and refuge, my secure stronghold; for you are my rock and fortress. 求你作我避难的石壁，获救的堡垒；因为你是我的磐石，我的堡垒， 4 My God, rescue me from the power of the wicked, from the clutches of the violent. 5 You are my hope, Lord; my trust, GOD, from my youth. 因为，我主上主，你是我的期望，你是我自幼唯一的仰仗。 6 On you I depend since birth; from my mother's womb you are my strength; my hope in you never wavers. 我自从在母胎中，就仰赖了你，尚在母怀中，你就是我的托庇；我全心的希望，时时寄托于你。 7 2 I have become a portent to many, but you are my strong refuge! 许多人都把我视作妖怪，你却作了我有力的仰赖。 8 My mouth shall be filled with your praise, shall sing your glory every day. 我要满口赞颂你，我要终日称扬你。 9 Do not cast me aside in my old age; as my strength fails, do not forsake me. 在我年老时，求你不要抛弃我，在我气力衰弱时，不要远离我。 10 For my enemies speak against me; they watch and plot against me. 不然，我的仇敌必要对我说，窥伺我命的人，互相私议说： 11 They say, ＂God has abandoned that one Pursue, seize the wretch! No one will come to the rescue!＂ ＂天主已经舍弃了他，你们追击他，捕捉他，因为无人再来救他。＂ 12 God, do not stand far from me; my God, hasten to help me. 天主，求你不要远离我，我的天主，请快来救我。 13 Bring to a shameful end those who attack me; Cover with contempt and scorn those who seek my ruin. 愿那些谋杀我命的人，走头无路，愿那些设法害我的人，蒙受耻辱！ 14 I will always hope in you and add to all your praise. 我仍不断地期望你，每日加倍地赞美你。 15 My mouth shall proclaim your just deeds, day after day your acts of deliverance, though I cannot number them all. 我的口要传述你的宽仁，终日不断宣扬你的救恩，因为我不知它们的数额。 16 I will speak of the mighty works of the Lord; O GOD, I will tell of your singular justice. 我要称扬我天主的伟大奇能，上主，我要传述你独有的宽仁。 17 God, you have taught me from my youth; to this day I proclaim your wondrous deeds. 天主，远自我幼年时，你已教导了我。直至今日，我仍宣示你的微妙。 18 Now that I am old and gray, do not forsake me, God, That I may proclaim your might to all generations yet to come, Your power 天主，即我发白年老，求你也不要离弃我，直至我将你的威力宣示给这一代，将你的奇能传述给下一代。 19 and justice, God, to the highest heaven. You have done great things; O God, who is your equal? 天主，你的仁慈直达天际，天主，你行大事谁可比你？ 20 You have sent me many bitter afflictions, but once more revive me. From the watery depths of the earth once more raise me up. 你曾使我经历许多困苦艰难，现今仍然是你使我生活安全，并提拔我脱离了地下的深渊。 21 Restore my honor; turn and comfort me, 22 That I may praise you with the lyre for your faithfulness, my God, And sing to you with the harp, O Holy One of Israel! 我的天主，我要弹琴，歌颂你的忠诚，以色列的圣者，我要鼓瑟，向你歌颂。 23 My lips will shout for joy as I sing your praise; my soul, too, which you have redeemed. 当我歌颂你时，我的双唇要欢腾，我那为你所救的灵魂，也要欢腾。 24 Yes, my tongue shall recount your justice day by day. For those who sought my ruin will have been shamed and disgraced. 我的舌头也要终日伸述你的仁慈，因为谋图伤害我的人蒙受了羞耻。 Footnotes（注解） 1 [Psalm 71] A lament of an old person (Psalm 71:9, 18) whose afflictions are interpreted by enemies as a divine judgment (Psalm 71:11). The first part of the psalm pleads for help (Psalm 71:1-4) on the basis of a hope learned from a lifetime's experience of God; the second part describes the menace (Psalm 71:9-13) yet remains buoyant (Psalm 71:14-16); the third develops the theme of hope and praise. 2 [7] A portent to many: the afflictions of the sufferer are taken as a manifestation of God's anger.
